I have been frustrated with the state of Indiana for many months now for their sheer lack of responsibility. How is it that they can not file proper paperwork that would hinder persons from certain privileges and get away with it legally? They take no responsibility for their in-actions and they accept no blame for their wrong doings. How is this acceptable for every citizen that has been wronged by the fault of someone too lazy or overworked to perform their job properly. I know that I am not the only person who has been delayed by the in-actions of said state BUT why is it that they continually get away with it.....I'll tell you why, because no one has the guts to speak up and complain so I sure will until someone listens to me.
I am a single mom who has been wronged for the last two years because the state has been in contempt of a FEDERAL COURT ORDER!!! Yet....they are "allowed" to get away with it because they supposedly have some sort of immunity from prosecution. Is this fair at all? I believe not!!! No state should be immune from prosecution when they are clearly in the wrong. How can I as one single person make a difference? I can try by making this blog and repeatedly tell anyone who sees it how I am being legally neglected and legally taken advantage of by the state.
I encourage anyone who lives in Indiana or any other state for that matter to respond to this and tell me what your frustrations are and together we can become a bigger voice that eventually someone has to listen to and take notice.
I have personally witnessed the debilitating emotional and financial affects of Indiana State Local County Government outrageous harmful clerical mistakes starting in 2007.
ReplyDeleteThe process of getting those mistakes corrected is too much of a sad and empty story to write at this time. And tho, anyone reviewing that story would likely want compensation and apology due me; me and my family received none and some folks in town decided to believe the clerical mistakes were true even after they were corrected, including family members of ours. Tho, we produced corrected after corrected document.
I spoke with an Attorney, finally, to see if there could be a written and signed apology and compensation in this matter from the county in Indiana that made these devastating clerical mistakes, and I was told very swiftly without any compassion,"No, the State has Immunity, you cannot do anything.".
Someone who can see my irritations!! I wish there was a bigger movement that I could make or a group could make, it starts with one voice and ends with a crowd.
